1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and cb9 ("cb9", "the Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing https://cb9.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the cb9 platform and close your account by contacting support. Continued use of cb9 following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with cb9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and cb9.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

3. Account Registration & Verification

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with cb9. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts detected by cb9's fraud-prevention systems will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

When registering your cb9 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cb9 login credentials, including your username and password. cb9 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password that is not shared across other online services. You must notify cb9 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. cb9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

KYC Document Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, cb9 requires all players to complete a full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. The standard documents required are:

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cb9 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published within the cashier section. General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

• cb9 determines, in its sole discretion, whether a player has met the conditions to qualify for any given promotion. This decision is final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

Game Integrity

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round or sports bet, cb9 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state recorded in its server logs at the time of the interruption. cb9's decision in respect of any technical malfunction dispute is final. cb9 is not liable for any losses sustained as a result of a player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cb9 and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in any of the following may have their accounts immediately suspended, balances forfeited, and access permanently revoked:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in respect of legitimate cb9 transactions.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through coordinated play, collusion between multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to guarantee a profit from bonus funds without genuine risk.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on cb9, or assisting another person in doing so in order to circumvent account limits or claim multiple bonuses.
• Underage Access: Registering or attempting to register on cb9 if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your registered account.
• Money Laundering: Using cb9 as a vehicle for money laundering, placement, layering, or integration of funds from criminal activity. cb9 is obliged to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the cb9 platform in a manner not sanctioned by cb9.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, cb9 staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language towards cb9 customer support agents or other players at any time.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your cb9 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course before the account is closed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension or Closure by cb9

cb9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Confirmed or suspected underage use of the account.
• Abusive conduct directed at cb9 staff or other players.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under cb9's responsible gaming programme.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from cb9. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account is locked and cb9 will not market to the excluded player. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cb9's internal complaints procedure will be subject to the dispute resolution process described in cb9's support documentation. cb9's decisions in respect of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters are final, subject to the complaints procedure.
